Who we are

Timeless Media is a video production and marketing company based in South Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to thompsonauguste@timelessmedia.video.

What you give us

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, what you're working on, a budget range, and anything you write in the message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you choose, and answers to any booking questions. We use this to reply to you, prepare for the call, and follow up about your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

What is collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: pages viewed, the type of device and browser, the general region you're visiting from, and how you arrived. We use it to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working well. Our hosting analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It lets us see whether people who visit this site later see or act on our ads, and lets us show ads to people who have visited before. To do that, Meta sets cookies and receives information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed, whether you sent an inquiry or booked a call, and identifiers from your browser. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's own privacy policy.

You can limit this. Meta offers ad preference controls at facebook.com/adpreferences, most browsers let you block third-party cookies, and industry opt-outs are available at optout.aboutads.info.

Services we rely on

A few outside services help run this site, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides cookie-free visitor analytics.
• Formspree delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Cal.com runs the booking calendar and sends confirmations and reminders for calls.
• YouTube hosts the videos on the Work page. A video only loads, and YouTube only sees your visit, after you press play.
• Meta provides the advertising measurement described above.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and booking details are kept for as long as we are talking with you about a project, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email thompsonauguste@timelessmedia.video to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us, or to ask us to stop contacting you. If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as California or the European Union, those rights apply and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
